  • (*) These meetings are mandatory. If you can not attend, special arrangements must be made prior to the meeting date.

  • You must attend a minimum of 5 meetings for those with less than 10 years in the Association or 4 meetings for those with 10 years or more in the Association to be a member in good standing or request special permission in writing if you can not meet the requirements. 

  • If you cannot make the minimum meetings as required or are going inactive for the upcoming season, you MUST send George Wissman a letter.

  • Dues are due by the Interpretation Meeting (2nd meeting) without a late fee being assessed.  Late fees will be assessed thereafter with the potential to withhold your schedule until dues are paid in full.  Special extension permission must be requested in writing prior to the Interpretation Meeting if you can not meet the due date.

  • Also, please note that Carla will be handling the scheduling assignments for Section XI this season.

County Tournament: February 10-11, 2012 Fri/Sat, Stony Brook University
State Tournament: February 24-25, 2012 Fri & Sat @ Times Union Center, Albany
